WARRANTY

O'Brien Collision Center guarantees repairs against any defect in paint or workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle, unless caused by damage as a result of unreasonable use, maintenance, negligence, collision, or care of the vehicle. This guarantee covers labor only.

Separate manufacturer's warranties may cover parts.

The customer must furnish the original itemized bill.

This guarantee is Non-Transferable and valid only through O'Brien Collision Center.

This WRITTEN WARRANTY shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings. This WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by the above named shop. This warranty is not transferable.
