Trim Levels of the 2023 Dodge Durango

Durango SXT

This Durango trim is powered by a 293-horsepower V6 paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, a combination that can tow 6,200 pounds with the right equipment. You can choose either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. Standard tech features include an 8.4-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, four USB ports, Bluetooth, and a six-speaker stereo with satellite radio.

Durango GT

When you jump up to the GT, you get a third-row bench seat, which increases the seating capacity from six to seven. This Durango trim also gets a 20-inch wheel upgrade from the base model’s 18-inch version, a power liftgate, rear parking sensors, and remote start.

Durango R/T

The R/T trim delivers even more power with a 360-hp V8 engine, which comes with wheel-mounted paddle shifters. This Durango also adds a larger touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity, a nine-speaker stereo with HD radio, wireless charging, integrated navigation, and Amazon Alexa.

Upgraded driver assistance tech includes front parking sensors, smart windshield wipers, and automatic high beams. The R/T also picks up the safety equipment from the base model, which includes rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and a rearview camera.

Durango Citadel

This Durango trim features high-end touches like leather upholstery, climate-controlled and power-adjustable front seats, and heated second-row seats. It also has several features that only come standard in this model, including the tow package, a sunroof, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and forward collision warning with forward automatic emergency braking. You can get the Citadel with either the V6 or V8 engine.

Durango SRT 392

Jump up to this trim for an even larger V8 that gets 475 hp, along with standard AWD, upgraded brakes, and adaptive suspension. The SRT 392 also boasts suede upholstery, and it’s the only Durango model that lets you remove the third row completely for a five-seater vehicle.

Durango Hellcat

Back from a brief absence, the Hellcat trim upgrades the SRT 392 trim with a blistering 710-hp supercharged V8. It has a tested quarter-mile time of just 12 seconds. This Durango also has a class-leading towing capacity of 8,700 pounds if you add the max tow package. Whether you’re interested in the value-packed base model or the speed and power of the Hellcat, you need to experience the Dodge Durango in person. Test drive any of these trims today with the team at Tom O’Brien CJDR – Indianapolis.
